Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)

This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses.

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full agency support provided)
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of your start date
• We provide licensing guidance, study resources, and support throughout the process

Role Overview

As a Multiline Representative, your primary focus is driving new business, growing existing relationships, and contributing to agency production goals. You will engage prospective and current customers, uncover protection needs, present customized insurance solutions, and confidently close business.

Success in this role is measured by production, activity, pipeline management, and overall contribution to agency growth.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and follow-up efforts

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers

Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other multiline insurance products

Conduct proactive policy reviews to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Lead needs-based sales conversations and confidently recommend appropriate solutions

Overcome objections and ask for the sale with professionalism and confidence

Track pipeline activity, follow-up efforts, and production metrics consistently

Support daily agency operations and collaborate with team members to drive growth

Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Sales-dominant mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals

Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

Confidence initiating conversations and closing business

Strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-up habits

Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment

Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude

Prior insurance, sales, account management, or customer-facing experience preferred

Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above
