"My homeowners and auto insurance have skyrocketed the last couple of years. I reached out to Statefarm office close to me to get quotes. Provided them the details of what I needed based on current policies. They were very thorough and went over in detail comparisons and options. Saved us almost $1,200 compared to what we currently pay. I paid for new insurance and signed documents including a cancellation letter drafted by State Farm handling cancellation of my current insurance. They never notified my insurance company with this letter. For homeowners they said someone would be out to take pics of my house which they did. State Farm called me and said I was denied because my roof was already in bad shape. This is not the case per an inspection I had done recently. I had to reinstate my homeowners and auto with original insurance. It was an awful experience I would never recommend State Farm to anyone. Now I have to deal with getting the $1900 back I paid them!"
